hey guys, i was thinking about getting a vert feed cocker for fun, mainly for kicking the crap outta on the mound fields and the woods. So, how much crap would these guns take from me? Barrels are no problem, my bushy is cocker threaded. Will it work outta the box for me?

You being an eletrco-marker user, I wouldn't recomend a cocker for just fooling around with...There's A LOT to learn about them. I'm talking months, not just a breeze thru the manual.

Iknoow there is alot to learn about them, and i want to know how they work because i want to expand my marker knowledge. Plus, why shouldn't i just get a cocker to fool arond w/? it'll be left stock for the most part (right  ) ijust want a nice marker that i won't worry about tha anoo or what have you one the wooded fields and mainly mound fields.

On the vert feed cocker all you really need to worry about is a good barrel. Really. Afterwards you will want to start messing with it. A better .45 frame down the road or a hinge might be worth your investment if only to get a more durable frame. Eventually you'll want to mess with your pneumatics and the STO parts are great, then add on a LPC (Low Pressure Chamber) and a Rock LPR (Low Pressure Reg). These will virtually eliminate all shootdown. A good valve to look into is the maddman rocket if you really want to mess with the internals. The stock in-line Reg is actually really good, but if you must then get a Vigi which is cheap but really good. I'm assuming you have a good nitro system already. Just get a good drop forward and you're set. If you want to, get a bolt to eliminate the need for a pin like the ANS quickpull bolt. Come back for more when the bug really bites you and you want to really trick it out. ;)

Not w/my current income, i guess all i really care about the cocker is constancy and trigger pull, so if i get a better job, i'll get a shocktech 3 way dodad, and hinge amathingy plus a vigi if i'm a :wink2: lucky guy
I might buy more than half of this used, like teh vigi and the parts, but i want the gun new.
