BKO refuses to shoot and there is a leak on the inside

Hey, I just installed my z-bloack and palmer microrock and when I gas it up, it refuses to shoot. WHen I turn the pressure on the microrock up, I hear a leak come from the inside on the gun.

I replaced the stck LPR though
