Theres are speedball tourneys and then the equivalent of that for woods are Scenario/Big Games.

If you want to get into real competition where you aren't playing newb snipers I suggest playing speedball.

Speedball=more adrenaline
Woodsball=ur favorite... sniping
but speedball tourneys are much easier to come by and woodsball is mainly scenario games

i'd say try a speedball touney (rookie division) and a senerio game and choose which one you like more

I recently played in a woodsball tourny. I have a 5 man supball team with two subs. but we wanted to get some friends involved in paintball, so we split up into two teams and filled the spaces with people we wanted to get involved in the game. We took 1st and 3rd place.

It was good fun, the field was decent, there was good strategy, and the newbs didn't get massacred so they're in the game now. What better way to get in the game then to win a tourney?

It really wasn't that serious but it was cheap and good fun.
