Quick Maverick/Hornet question

Is there a ball detent on the Maverick/Hornet? I heard there was a spring that acted as one, but after the marker is pumped its useless. Do paintball roll out of the barrel after its pumped?

Although it hasn't happen to me yet because of the paint i use, I asumme, technically, it can roll out because there is not a ball detent past the bolt.

With Mavs/hornets, yes that can happen. You just need to make sure you have a good paint to barrel match.

Alright, what kind of paint works well for you guys?

Big ball works fine for me, I never really splurge on paint and it's good quality and pretty cheap ($50 a case).
