is the F4 illustrator any good?

A guy wants to trade me his 1999 F4 Illustrator with a 14" 32 degrees carbon fiber barrel, for my Stingray II with 12" smart parts barrel, 12" eagle works barrel, bottom line block, acrylic ball detent, steel braided line and fittings. I was wondering if the F4 is good and if it has lots of problems? If i get this i was going to use it as a back up gun. What do you think?
