I just got an omen and it is awesome. But I have some problems. Out of the box i shot about 100 paintballs and it used about 600 psi out of my tank. That is an unreasnalbe amount. I adjusted the regulator and the recock pressure and it helped alot, but still seems like an air hog. Anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it? (PMI 68ci 3000psi tank if that matters)
My other problem was that I charged the battery for a day and when i turn it on the light still blinks. Is that normal?
Thanks

I hardly play on tourney fields. None of us have a chrono. All of us shoot probably way high velocity. All I'm concers about is good veleocity and good air consumption.

well if you are shooting 350 fps, it will drain the tank like that, 280 fps is the normal range. at the speed you will get 1800 shots from 4500 psi in a 68 cu tank.

That doesn't seem like very many shots. I think my spyder got more than that.

No, your spyder does not get more then that, I guarrenty it. Even if it's the most pimpt LP spyder it would not get that.
1200 shots from a 68/3000 is good, and with a 4500 psi tank you get 50% more shots, so thats 1800 shots to a tank. The Viking is the most efficiant gun to date, and it gets 2000 shots to a 68/4500 tank, the Omen is not far behind.
