I keep on seeing the same questions about speedball and woods ball upgrades Ill provide some basic info for upgrades.
________________________________________________
Nitro is a great upgrade for both. Speedball and woods ball.
People say ill get an expansion chamber and ant siphon and a vertical adapter. That totals around 110 dollars u put in 90 more u could gotten a pretty good nitro tank. Think about it. I don’t think expansion chambers are worth the investment get a nitro. Nitro tanks long term, are worth every penny

Barrels are critical upgrades for both.
Anything is better then stock…well almost anything
Woods ball Barrels
Flatline
Barrel length does not make a huge difference in accuracy but every bit counts depends on what you like.
I have herd big shot, Custom, blab blab u get out what u put in money wise
Speedball Barrels
Flat lines good if u like to play back (make sure u have allot of gas and paint if u play back in speedball.
Most people use short barrels in speedball 8-12 inches 12 at most. Once again u get out what u put in. Usually you want something small for moving around tight corners and for maneuverability.

Trigger upgrades are personal preferences
Some people prefer double triggers it brings up your bps, if u like one get one if u don’t. You don’t its that simple.
_________________________________________________
RT trigger and E-bolt trigger
R-T trigger is good for woods ball usually in woods ball your not playing tournaments so u can use the R-T.
RT trigger in speedball isn’t so good because their not usually field/tourney legal
E-bolt
GREAT for speedball just as good for woods ball big money investment. But well worth it. I would recommend RT for woods ball and ebolt for speedball. U could get both and switch out the equips on it considering what your going to play.

Psycho ballistics Rocket Cock is great keeps paint and mud out crucial for both woods ball and speedball players.
________________________________________________
Stocks are good for speed and woods ball. If u play both I would say get a folding cause u can just fold it up when u playing speedball. Then when your playing woods ball pop it out take off a few long range shots fold it back and get back to maneuvering and shooting. More once again personal Preference.

Electric hoppers are great all around I would only get one if I had a R-T or e-bolt system or else it would be a waste of money. I don’t have much trouble with my regular hopper when I don’t have my R-T on.

Paint jobs......................
I like the black on my tippmann. I have seen some 98s with camo paint and tape (looks really ghetto) but I don’t think camos a big deal for woodsballers, Black is pretty camo already unless you’re playing in the snow.
Our military uses black weapons M-16 etc sure snipers and stuff use camo weapons but their well snipers
For speedball it doesn’t matter ive seen people with pink red blue yellow orange black, etc doesn’t matter its what color u like their.
Just don’t get too carried away on the way it looks the way it functions is more important
Depends what u want to do with camo/paint jobs

Remotes r good takes weight off the back of your gun. Id say get a stock if u get a remote so u have something to balance to aim with. Once again I say folding stock it’s CHEAPER in $$$ price and in my opinion better. I have herd allot of broken remote stories though so get one somewhere their easy to return at.
Remotes are more commonly use by woods ballers for the maneuverability.

Red dot sights I got Adco IMP its small and cheap I got it for 20$ I would’ve gotten sure shot but my hopper blocked it with having a flatline barrel. I haven’t tried speedball with my red dot sight yet ill tell u guys in a couple weekends. I’am guessing their better for woods ball because speedball u shoot faster then u can aim.
Their are also flashlights that clamp on to your barrel it looks pretty cool but its 80 bucks so I’am going to use my money for something else

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm PAINT
Yes a very good upgrade lol. I say go to your local paintball store ask the guy for 50 of all the top quality stuff try it out with your nice NOT stock barrel try to match the bore sizes as close as possible if u have flatline I suggest the highest quality paint something like Pmi Marbs etc. I found infernos work best with flatline for me.
Don’t get brass eagle or zap some of my especially with high quality barrels once again you get out what you put in. I recommend something better in quality. I saw dusk at Wal-Mart for 13 bucks for 500 today that’s not bad eh?

Expansion chamber...
Ok get an anti siphon instead don’t waste money on an expansion that 50 bucks u could have used for your nitro tank. But get an ant siphon if u thinks it’s going to be a while till u gets your nitro. Its only 10 bucks.
________________________________________________
Grips r cool find one u like. But tippmans stock grips are already pretty good.
________________________________________________
I think I covered most of it, I have herd keep stock bolt because venturi and hyper(whatever) suck. If your bolt wears out or breaks get a replacement from tippmann.
________________________________________________
Co2 tanks if u use them I recommend getting 2 12 oz tanks keeping it light but some people prefer 20 oz tanks I just like 20 because keeps my gun light and balanced by the way DONT GET THE PMI 12 oz tank IT SUCKS SO BAD they have a tendency of leaking even after their fixed (don’t ask me why I don’t know) go with something else beside PMI if u do get PMI I recommend replacing your valve soon because it will break I can almost guarantee it.
________________________________________________
Rear velocity adjusters once again are a preference so get one if u like them, just remember u cant get a stock now. Some collapsible stocks have them built in.

Well that’s about it I’am not an expert but most of this stuff is pretty true to the facts so post questions/inputs and ill be glad to reply. By the way please don’t *****/bash me for this is for the new people who need help on upgrade decisions.
Well your flatline breaking balls constantly I’am sick of this rumor the flatline doesn’t chomp balls first of all its just not logical. Unless you installed it wrong and u have to be pretty stupid to do that. Because I have shot as fast as I could and use dup my entire hopper no breaks no chomps. I can see how crap paint and a bad installation would create chomping. In the flat line the only weakness I find in flatline is every once in a while a couple balls will curve left or right. And sometimes the balls wont break on a plywood target from far away.
A then co2 tank is all your preference I just like my gun light period.
Stocks yes u can see your sight first get flatline threw on a dot sight then if u still cant see get a JT flex I have herd that fixes it.
