I've read through the stickies, and poked around abit, but I just wanted to get so additional feedback on this before I make my choice.
I want to upgrade my stock barrel and I'm having a difficult time choosing between barrels. Noise is not so much an issue for me, and I would prefer a 14" barrel, but I will gladly go with a 12" CP if it is a better choice (hell, I've got a 12" barrel on now so this wouldn't be any thing horrible if I stuck with that length.) ...Budget is a bit of an issue, so I'm trying to find something that is of good quality for minimal bucks.
I've been looking at the Lapco Big Shot and the CP 1 piece, and can't decide which would be a better choice for a Spyder Xtra. I seemed to have notice a trend in Spyder users to lean towards the CP, but in speaking with a few people that use the Big Shot they've said that it's a bit more forgiving with various types of paint than other barrels (which sounds good since all of the fields I've played on are field paint only - usually serving up Diablo, Draxxus, RPS, PMI, etc.).
So what do you guys suggest?
