It's a groin protector and a flexable one at that. My guess is that it works about as well as a cup but more comfy. Have you ever been shot in the boys Hank? We had a ref get shot in the groin at our tourny Sunday. He passed out twice on the way to the hospital. If you ever get shot there, you'll understand that nothing is too good for their protection.

Well, it's an effective groin protector. Think about it...no chaffing, no movement restriction, but insuring the family jewels. Granted you'll look like an idiot, but hey, function over fashion, right?

Yeah. Right.

I just drape a hand towel over a belt to protect "the boys". Seems to work the same as the above mentioned alternative - and it is considerably cheaper.

I've taken a shot there and that was enough to make me realize I need some form of protection.

actually yes I have taken a shot to the nads just this weekend. I was just being sarcastic ok..... And I thought it was more a chest protector

wow, a towel is just as effective, yet cheaper, and you wont look like an idiot wearing one,

If you are a pansy, I would highly recomend chain mail armor to you. But if your not, then live with it like the rest of us, they are paintballs, not bullets, and paintballs don't hurt.

^^^^

I beg to differ.

And if you don't wanna chafe, but want something a -little- more effective than a hand towel, find you a jockey that's a pair of boxers-briefs. Very comfortable.

Razor Paintball’s groin protector consists of a link maille panel approximately 8 inches long by 5 and a half inches wide. At its upper two corners are a pair of spring loaded clips which hook into belt loops allowing it to hang in front of the groin. Well, it sounds like this product dosen't come in your size, Turambar. You might have to buy two. ;)

Yeah. Right.

I thought your type of people would like that type of fashion ;) Chain mail seems kind of gothic doesnt it?

I just wear army pants, they are light wieght for sppedball, and keep my covered in woodsball, and are relativly think for protecting my nutz. I usually wear shorts undernieth just incase though. I never expose my area to a possible shot, my #1 priority in pb is to not get shot in the nutz, my #2 priority is of course to win, but my #3 priority is to shoot sumone else in the nutz.

(j/k about #3)
