dye excel or cp one piece?

im deciding between a dye excel 14" and a cp one piece 12 or 14" barrel. Im going lp and im wondering if the unported length i measured on the cp 12" barrel (7 1/2 ") is ok. Any ideas as to which one performs better and if I should go to 14" to compensate for the porting length?

12 inch CP. nice barrel, and are 35 bucks now at online stores. dye excels have to much porting and are for big bore paintballs.

I would go with a CP one piece. The tighter the bore and the less porting is much better for low pressure setups. If you want a good lp barrel and dont mind about loudness, go with a Lapco Bigshot/Autospirit or AKALMP Javelin barrel.

Dye Excel is large bore and CP is Medium bore. Decide what paint you would like to use and the choose.
