I was planning to get an egg but another poster brought to my attention that the omen is not recomended to be used with force feed loaders because of the cam feed.

So if the new omen pdp chip goes 25 bps and you can't use a force feed loader what is their to use?

my egg works perfect, and it isn't true force feed anyways. if you have your halo adjusted properly it will work just as good as anything else, so i really don't see why they would say that in the first place.

the egg force-feeds the balls into the neck, after they are in the neck its all gravity. so eggs work fine.

The Egg is a gavity assist loader. I do not fully understand this because gravity can only feed 13 bps, and the eggs can deff go faster then that.
One big difference that the egg has over the halo b is that the force arms on the eggs are flexy, the halos are stiff plastic.
As far as the z-board working on the Omen, I guess we will be finding out.
Oh and if the z-board can only load 22 bps and some how you shoot 25 bps...it's cool because you would just dry fire because of the CAM.

I would say go for it. Ask for your old board back as well. If you have problems, replace the old board and sell the Z-board online.
