outlaw ball is basically played on a field that isn't a full fledged field (ie, most of the time there's no chrono, no field paint, no field air, no refs, and best of all, no field fees). just a group of guys that play in the woods or on a homemade speedball field. the rules are whatever you want. the basic safety rules should still apply.
