It will, only cause of the flatline though. Just really either:
A. Wait until you learn more about pb to get either of these
B. Even more preferable, do not waste your money on either.

No, but you need anti-siphon(a reg wouldn't hurt either), and at least a 12volt Revvy before you can be ripping off long bursts.
