I, like many others are faced with the problem with the eggy2 and the no rise and breaking balls in the chamber. I was wondering if the Z-board would make that breakage problem go away. Or should I just get a new feed neck like a high or low rise? thanks!
We dont know how good they actually are, nobodys tried them yet. I thought for sure an egg would solve my choppage problem, boy was that wrong.

Well here's my story.
High rise + Egg2 = no chops
No rise + Egg2 = chops
New Internals so I can lower my LPR pressure + no rise + Egg2 = no chops
You may want to get a Halo B, you may want a higher feed neck, or you may want to get the WAS board.

Having a force fed hopper with a no-rise feed neck is a disaster waiting to happen. The neck is so short that the paint can't absorb as much of the force from the loader, and thus you'll double feed paint, causing breaks. Go with a mid-rise and you'll decrease the problem, hi-rise will nearly eliminate it. Also, you could try getting aftermarket, stronger ball detents.
