Obviously most of the people in this forum are going to tell you that whatever gun they bought is the best. There is really no "best gun" in this price range. Try out some guns, look at the reviews and ask people who own diff guns what they like about their guns. Also what all are you wanting to get for 250? Are you looking for just a gun, a gun with a few upgrades, or are you needing a package deal with a mask and tank included? Prob the "best" gun you can buy for 250 is an Automag Classic. But that comes with no barrel and no bottom line.

if you're starting out, get a SPyder or Pirahna..if you're intermediate and have some experience in paintball, go with an Automag.

my friend has a pirahna sts g2 and it works pretty good for him. i think they are pretty reliable andgood guns, may want to look into them

Ya even though i got a piranha they are one of the best guns for 250. The spyders and good too. But the only thing i dont like about them is that on the shutters they have the open cocking so that dirt and paint can get in there. That is the only bad thing i cna think of. The piranha i have yet to find a thing gone wrong with it.
