Protecting anno and junk ideas

hey,
i was thinking.... and i heard that you can use Clear Nailpolish on alot of stuff to protect it and stuff.

i thouht of... if theres something on ur gun u want to protect.. cant you just put clear nailpolish on it? im trying that on my reg cause its kinda scratched and i dont want the nickel chiping away at all.

Not sure, I take it you mean on the field, right?

If that's the case, I would think that the nail polish might actually strip the anodizing, perhaps a coat of clear spray paint? Probably not the most desirable options though.

Best recomendation is be careful and get a good, thick anno.
