Hey, i know most will argue that "elcd is electro" but i dont really care..all im going to use is semi auto...another thing is, i like the single frames more than double (like a cocker). I just want your opinions on this, and by the way..does the dye frame come with a trigger shoe?

I would much rather get a DYE frame. They're very nice looking, and DYE won't be dying anytime soon... ;) DYE trigger frames don't come with anything, but the frame itself.

most dye frames come with just the frame and no internals or trigger, but I have seen a few frames that come with everything. If you want to put a trigger shoe on the dye trigger frame you will have to buy a new trigger. Since the dye frames usually dont come with triggers, just buy a trigger that is cocker style.

Allright, the dye frames are nice but if you want a premium already put together frame with trigger, go for the benchmark frame
here it is http://www.paintballgear.net/ben45gripfra.html
here is trigger shoes that will fit with this trigger

Well, as a previous owner of a DYE trigger frame, and a present Benchmark trigger frame owner, I would much rather go with the DYE. Looks better, in my opinion, and a trigger job is easier to do. The Benchmark uses its own sear, and your stock sear will not fit. Due to that, there are some problems with making a sear rest, or at least I have had those problems with my Benchmark...
