Shocktech FGP pneumatic reg and a PMI inline reg question, please help

does anyone know anything about Shocktech FGP pneumatic regs and a PMI inline regs?

i was offered an autococker with these included.. but im kinda new, and dont know what these really do, and where there located or anything :confused: thanks, any info is appreciated:cool:
