what is a good 4 or 5 vertical or horizontal 140 pack for a reasonable 40-50 bucks

I don't really think taht you can get a good harness for that cheap. You can get one, but it won't be very good. I have a harness right now that I payed $60 for, and it holds 6- 110 tubes and up to a 110ci tank in the middle. I think that is the least that you could pay for a harness that is half-way decent

I'd check around: But I think you can get a JT Slam Pack (harness), four JT tubes and a JT speed collar for about $100.

The harness is about $30 online, and holds four tubes. The tubes lay horizontal in the harness.

I got an extreme rage 4 vert that I payed 40 bucks for, so I wouldnt say you cant get a good pack cheap.

i saw some cheaply priced ones arounf 50 bucks, but i don't really care about price.

extreme rage packs are very nice. ALso, Jacko harnesses are nice too. BUT i'd have to say the best are REdz. THey are comfy and low profile. BUT i'd go for a Jacko or extreme rage; they are like the Redz but cheaper.
