Does anyone know where I can get one, or will I have to make my own?

I made one, it was actually quite easy.

Get a hold of a pipe cutter. I picked one up at Sears for about 6 bucks. DO NOT use a hack saw. The pipe cutter will get it cut pretty nicely. After that you just sand the edges down. It took me about 10 minutes time. I did it to my Mavericks stock barrel. Worked very well. :)

Oh i see...but just wondering: why is the hacksaw no good? Does it leave rough edges or something?

You won't be able to cut it perfectly. And yes, it would make very rough edges

Keep in mind a barrel that short may end up killing your efficency, as a paintball requires 8" or so to accelerate to 300 fps, so you'll need to up your velocity a lot to get it fast enough.

Also, you won't have much to aim down, but still a cool thing to do.

4", 6", 8" it changes every time someone says it. But I doubt weeji really cares. He's probably just doin it for kicks. (At least that's why I'd do it)

I made a 4 1/2 inch barrel for my Maverick... I think there are pictures of it in Hockey's signature. He bought it off me.

My friend has a 4" barrel for his Spyder. I don't know where he got it but i can find out if you want. (it sounds worse than the stock barrel on my 98...But works very good) :agree: :)

Besides... if you're gonna have something that's as impractical as a 4" barrel, you may as well be able to brag that you made it yourself :P
