What is low pressure, what are the advantages?

I'm not 100% sure. But i believe low pressure is when you run very little nitrogen or carbon dioxide(harder to control because it is very reactive to temperature)through a regulater and you have little output pressure. The advantages are more gas efficent, less likely to break paint.

less gas efficient sadly, but he's right about ball breaks, also less recoil, and quieter gun operation. It uses more gas, because for a given volume at high pressure that will fire a ball at 270fps, that same volume at low pressure will have less force, and fire the ball slower, so you must use a higher volume at lower pressures

But if you make your system more efficient it will become LP capable. The original goal is to make your gun more efficient with porting, polishing and higher flow components. Now the pressure can be lowered.
