It's all preference. I personally like non-magno triggers better. ;)

pretty sure evil is around the .689ish but i could be wrong. thats what the majority of rps paint is. you should be good with the blue insert

might wanna rephrase that...i think you mean the horizontal max or the vertical...? if thats the case then they are both exactly the same regs. most people prefer the vertical reg because you dont need it makes your gun a little less tall and you dont have to worry about grips and all. its all preference.
no you dont need a special tank if your talking about a nitro tank. if your shooting c02 then you have to get it specially anti-siphoned for your ASA

that tank in your sig would work fine

yea u can use any type of tank , even co2 but it has to be anti siphoned.

I prefer both, or you can get the Magno-Blade.

Should i use a Low pressure or high pressure tank? Also is Nasty Impulse good?

either tank would work fine, though a low pressure might be a tiny bit better, but i doubt it makes any difference. max flos are made to regulate higher air pressure down to the far lower operating pressure. nasty impulses are just nicely milled impulses with a few upgraded internals and yes they are good. they are not as good stock as a rat impulse because rats have more upgrades for less. all impulses work the same as long as they have the same internals. internals are all that counts. when buying an aftermarket impulse you're basically paying for milling and the parts they come with. thats really it

where could i find a rat impulse?

Can this http://www.paintballgear.net/031-8000.html# work on a nast impulse with a vertical reg while using the stock asa?
