Question about a 2001 cocker

Okay. I just got a 2001 cocker. Ive got an adjustable rock on it, and an jacko infinity barrel. But I have some questions about it. I was wondering, if my 2001 cocker is junk. I think it shoots awesome but I see all these people all over STO cockers and Black Magic Cockers. Is there any chance that my 2001 could shoot as well as those with upgrades. I know it doesnt have Vert Feed or anything, but is it really all that bad? I was just wondering. The airsmith at the shop I goto said that in his opinion stock cockers are the way to go, because they'll shoot aswell as anything else out there. True or false?

if you think it shoots awesome does it really matter what other people say? Anyways, no a 2001 cocker is not junk, i have one myself and love it. Personally upgrade it to your likings, every part what you want it to be, and it will kill any sto or black magic

since that very second you purchased your cocker you walked into a whole new world. your cocker is not junk, and is now way near that. Nicky B, has a good point too. It doesn' matter what other people say, as long as the gun performs up to your expectations. For that very reason why would people pick to use a cocker over an angel, matrix, or spyder? I speak for myself when I say that I feel more comfortable playing with a cocker, then any other gun out there.

ok, i have shot and owned my share of cockers, freeflow, bm, stock. i was at a practice here on sunday and HONESTLY i shot the nicest cocker i have every shot. it worked soooo well. here is the tricky part. the guy didnt dump a grand into it. he did the following. 2k1 vert feed cocker, minirock reg, wgp hinge trigger, freak barrel, shocktech bolt black magic reg. You dont even have to f*** with the pnumatics on the 2k and 2k1. they are soo nice. sure his gun doesnt have all the cool colors but he really doesnt care. his gun rips! there you go. just get a good front reg, adjustable inline, gripframe= optional and barrel, bolt=optional too. Your gun prolly shoots just as good if not better than custom ones
