Ok heres my delimma:

I have had so many frekin' problems with my bushmaster consernince HPA that i decided to give it up and move onto co2. Now i bought a bob long torpedo reg. and an anit-syphon. I hook the reg up to my gun, and put in some c02 but the gauge barley moves and the gun doesnt cock at all. does anyone know how to fix this. i was also wondering if i can use my original regulator w/ anti-syphoned c02 and just clean the solinoid after everytime i play.

Ok thanks,

what about the co2 itself, is the valve clean? it might not be outputting at all, check your bottomline or ASA or whatever you have

Sounds like a ton of hassle, but possible. Of course, you better be 100% sure that your anti-siphon is going to stop liquid. If you get liquid into your solinoid, you can kiss it goodbye.

I have had so many frekin' problems with my bushmaster consernince HPA

I'm still trying to figure this part out. HPA has been great for me, Co2 is the big headache, always freezing up guns (my old Spyder for instance) and spiking during the day as the gun warms up.

What type of HPA problems did you have?

Anyway, From what I understand, the stock HPR will run Co2 (never shot co2 on my marker).

You know, now that I think of that, when I had my bottom line ASA installed, the kid at the shop that did it had shot it in the back, and then came out with a friggin Co2 tank on the gun (I didnt know he did it until it was too late, I just wanted him to screw it on for me and hook up the elbow).

Now I'm wondering, if my problems with the inconsistance isnt a blown Solenoid due to Co2 getting up into it. If I have any more problems, I think I'm going to look at that first, maybe check with ICD and sent the Solenoid back to be checked and buy a new one if I need to if it gives me any more troubles.

I think its been working ok now... but it seems like the solenoid is always coming loose off the manifold and its so sensitive if I turn the HPR up even a little over 200 psi. Maybe its damaged?

The stock reg will work ok for Co2 also.
Have you tried a different Co2 tank? Just use a remote so that you don't have to install an anti-siphon.
If I remember correctly, the Torpedo takes quite a bit of input on the adj. screw to make much difference in PSI.
Is it a brand new Torpedo? Is it clean and lubed?
Is your tank a Pin Valve or On/Off? If you threaded the Anti-siphon on wrong, it could have jammed up the pin in the valve so that it's not getting pushed in when you thread onto the ASA
Just some random ideas.
Good luck
