Paintballing tourney rules

ok first off I'm not a newbie but this is a newbie question lol is there somewere I can read on the rules for the different types of paintballing games they have? I'm trying to follow the world cup and am getting confused about some of the things they are talking about

i think theres a NPPL website or somthin that has rules. I dont really follow tournies of anything so im not sure
