Ok, where in the bloody hell can I find a derlin, and who runs the LP mod here?

Um... Ithink I said it all in the subject ;) I heard the derlin bolt for timmies was good, so I was lookin around for it, and I cant find a place to buy... but, if you know of a place that's very apparent, please keep the flaming to a minimum. :D

Also, I was reading up on the lp mod for the timmy, and I was wondering who here runs it, and how they like it. How is gas usage with it, noise, kick, fps... you get the idea. :)

You can get a customized (read: anodized to match your gun) derlin bolt from Mountain paintball.

I personnally run the LP mod on my Intimidator. I use a MacDev gladiator as an inline reg, and as for consistency, as long as my glad. is cleaned I get +/-2fps at the crony.

Some people say that the LP mod makes the gun sound quieter then a stock intimidator. My buddy has his intimidator set as stock, and to tell you the truth, its not so much that its quieter, as that the sound is just different. I can't really explain the difference in the sound, but it is definately different.

Now it does use a bit of gas, but nothing alarming. I use a 68/3000 and on a FULL tank, I can get probably about 600 shots out of it. Maybe more, I haven't counted.

Some ppl like the LP mod, others don't. Its personal preference. And the best part is: its free, so if you don't like it, just put your HP reg internals back in.
