ok i'm 13 almost 14 in the vancouver island area and i need a job badly for a new pball gun and i was wondering if anyone could give me some job sugestions

Depending on where on van isle you live could be a deciding factor. If you live in Port Alberni like myself, take what you can get. If not, try being a bus boy, or better yet flip burgers at your local Mcdonalds. Don't you have to be 15 to get a job here anyway?

HAHAHA no.. sorry thats very inapropriate... uhh.. when you turn 14 you should look for something more constuctive. Like being a CAP. Which is customer assistance personnel. Basically you push carts, and help people with their purchases. I don't know exactly what stores you might have in your area.. but places like Wal-Mart, Revy, Home Depot, K-MArt something big like that, they all have and need CAPs.

Trust me, you DON'T want to get a job in fast food. Avoid it at all costs. Its thankless work, you get horrible pay and NO exercise.

Being a CAP, you get better then fast food pay, you get some exercise, and the extra amount of dignity that comes with not having to work in fast food. (not to dis you guys that work for Rotten Ronny's, but well... you have to admit that theres nothing fun about "would you like fries with that?")

And so you know, you have to be 14 to legally work in Canada and get a Social Insurance Number. Everything else is "under the table" and illegal.

I work at a Photo store, so i don't flip burgers. I usually check the forums and stuff all day on the "digital retouching computer". Now that i think about it, I have a job, not too much work involved though....
