Recharging Questions

When I flip the switch on my omen the light blinks 3 times - does that mean low bat. or would it be continously blinking for low bat.? I plugged in the frame for the 22 hours it stated and when I turn it on it still blinks the three times. Also, does the frame need to be on to charge, because I left mine off when charging it? Any help would be great!

Leave it off while charging, and it's normal to blink 3 times and to delay for 2 second when you start up. It will blink constantly when the batt is low.
