well i would demand to see a picture, and ask if he accepts paypal. ya it does seem to be a scam, my guess is if he never did shoot it its because he bought it offa someone himself and got scammed. i think ebay will actually help you if the guy lied. but hey, if you can get the whole package for 100 bucks and half of its a lie you still made a tidy profit
