making my marker low pressure

i just would like to know whats the good thing about making your gun low pressue. and what do i need to make it low pressue.

u need a nice reg and valve maby a bolt to..amm good thing is....well more consistent usually..somtimes u get lots of extra air dpending on how low u want it...bad is that usually it gives more of a kick back whcih is really not tthat much..
