I have been looking for a paintball gun for quite some time now and since I was recently in a car accident which I still have bad dreams from, costed me a whole lot of money and now I won't be able to get my gun for a little while but I wan't to do some more searching so I know exactly what to get and right now I was looking at the 32 Degree Tippman Model 98. Its looks nice and on the reviews they say it is nice except one of them. Whih said that a pump has better rate of fire but I am not some guy that takes everyones word for granted and I am not the guy that dishes all that cash for it if it is not good. So I wanted to see what other people think and this is the best site and the best way to get the word on whats good or not so just wondering if anyone has any info???????????............and it has been forever since I have posted anything......I mean If I was on here at least 2 hours a day I would have been a paintball god a long @ss time ago.......Well I mean its really not such a big deal and I really hate writing small post so yeah thats why I am writing this much.........Well any help would be great....Thanx.

For that much money I would just buy a M98 custom and install the aftermarket parts myself.

In MY opinion these are your choices from best to worst:
1.PMI Piranha STS G2 and upgrade.
2.Kingman Spyder TL+ and upgrade.
3.PMI Piranha EXT G2.(If you want a nice paint job)
4.PMI VTL G2 and upgrade.
5.Spyder 2000 and upgrade.
6.Automag with just some basics(this should be 1st if you have at least $350)
7.Spyder Compact 2000 and upgrade
8.Spyder JAVA 2+1(if you like your gun to be nice and prity)
9.Tippmann Model 98 and upgrade(dont get flatline)
10.Tippmann Pro Carbine(highly NOT recomended if you plan on staying in the sport and moving up. This doesnt have an upgrade path besides a barrel and maybe an expansion chamber so STAY AWAY!)

Again, this is just my opinion. The EXT is the STS with a nice paint job. Thats all. A model 98 is overated because it is overpriced for what you get. They are about $130 new and a STS G2 is only $144 and delivers at least 5x the performance. The STS also has the better upgrade path if you plan on staying in the sport and moving up. So by all means, greatly consider a PMI Piranha STS G2.
