Vector M1?

The new Vector M1 (www.tommygunpaintball.com) looks alot like the Viper M1 (www.usapaintball.com). Did they switch or is it a total and obvious knock-off?

The only thing that looks different is the barrel, trigger, and the name. And even that is hardly different.
