GTO Paintball and the BKO

Ok im looking into getting a BKO from GTO paintball in canada, im in canada too, but it says that it has a fireing rate of 10 bps and i thought that the new bkos where capped higher than that, I also sent then an email and they said it was a "standard BKO" do you have any thoughs on this and if you have boughten from GTO what was the service like?

that BKO isnt even the 2k3, its the older version
