paintball oral report

Ya pretty much like the title says i got an oral report due in english, fortunately it is on paintball, more specifically bunkering. I kno how to bunker, i think u would need to be a rock not to, but I need sources. Does any one know a website that has bunkering steps that i could use? If u do, please post.:)

There is a section called "classroom". In this section there are 3 more subsections, beginner, rec, and tourney. In these subsections there are a bunch of "how to's" for paintball. Lots of good info and tips here. I'm sure you'll find what you need there. Good luck with you report.
