Any input on this thing. I am new to the game and picked up the players back brand new for $60.00. I figured that I couldn't go wrong at that price. Just wanted to know if anyone had ever used it before and if I should expect any trouble with it.

Should work well. Make sure you keep it clean though. Strip it down after each day of play and oil it up. You may have some minor problem at time (as all blowbacks do). I.E. Broke Cupseals, Broken Orings, Velocity trouble. Just study up on Blowbacks a bit. Once you learn them (which isn't hard) their incredibly easy to fix. :)

Thanks Cal. I figured that I couldn't go wrong for the players pack for $60.00, especially since the gun by itself was $90.00. Must have been a price error in the system. The pack is 150.00 everyplace else

I have it, but I haven't tried it out yet. I just fitted it with the VL barrel and it looks awesome. It's also got a nice rating here. (http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/1561/)

I just went outside and tried it. :D Magnificent. Truly a blinding light from heaven. No balls chopped. I used Afterburner paintballs (notice the relation). I don't know if they were meant for eachother, but they work great together.
Hmmm, what should I name it? How abut Spade? I like that name.

I also purchased a VL barrel for this marker and it has made quite a difference. Increased the accuracy a bunch. Had some choppage towards the end of the day, but it could have been the cheap paint you have to use at Skirmish. All in all I have been happy with this marker. Being a new player, I can't say that I have much to compare it to, but I will say that the only change this needed was a new barrel.
