I thought about tearing off the foam on my mask, which is that terrible foam that makes you itch and makes your skin change color.

At home depot you can buy some weather stripping that goes around windows, doors, etc. They do manufacture the soft comfortable type. I thought About a 3/8" thickness and just superglue it or something. I would trim it to be customized for MY face making it easier to breath. (I have a big nose) :P

what does everyone think, it would be about a $5 upgrade to your goggles, and you get about 8-12'/roll, so if it comes off, you can replace it several times on 5 bucks.

What ever you do, its up to you. If it adds a little more comfort, go for it. Just make sure you don't restrict the field of vision or make the mask less durible in some way.

You should see what is on my goggles now. it is the same kind of weatherstripping only it is the cheap foam rubber kind.

they make some that is soft and mushy like the foam on the proteus mask by JT. this stuff conforms to your face.

I wear the scott goggles that came w/ tippmann power pack, so anything I do will only be an improvement.

thanks
