wassup i couldn't sleep last night..so i stayed up and was thinking..should I get my Cocker first or my nitro tank first? no use in running my cocker on Co2..so i might as well get my nitro tank first, and mount it on my Spyder, and then save up and get the cocker...what do you guys think?

There's guy at my local field who has been playing for over 15 years and insists on using CO2 in his cocker. He uses a remote and regulator of course, and seems to get pretty good performance. I'd go ahead and get the 'cocker first.

TL, sounds like you've already made up your mind ... but just in case, let me be the Voice of Reason ... Buy the Nitro tank first, then get the Cocker.

compared to Compressed air, Co2 is dirty..there can be sand in the tank, and also, Co2 is actually abrasive to your internals...

Most likely the AGD Flatline 68 ci..
dude I know a guy who plays with us every weekend and has a 2000 autococker with a dye barrel and shoots co2 through a 4500 psi remote and two regulators. His gun has just as good a performance as anybody elses at any of the fields we've been to and these guys have the big expensive nitro systems too. He has never had any trouble with it and can outshoot almost anybody.
plus you couldn't shhot nitro on your tl anyway because doesn't it say right on the side of the grip frame "use .68 caliber paintballs and CO2 GAS only" I took that to mean that I couldn't shoot nitro through my TL

Not true..there are many people here with spyders that run nitro...besides..i have no stock internals, except the striker, so it wouldn't matter anyways..i donno why Kingman put tht on the gun...any spyder runs nitro better than with Co2..
but still man you should get the cocker first if you have a good barrel it should shoot just fine it has like two regs on it already so that should give you the consistancy that you want. Like I said that guy that plays with us is one of the best on the field and he shoots Co2 through a 2000 cocker

Abrasive to the internals!!! YOu heard that from me! I'll kill you for stealin my wisdom! Psh.. how come I'm not a mod. Well probably because I flame people... This post went nowhere, get cocker first, you'll notice a bigger difference if you buy a cocker than if you put nitro on your Spyder, and that's half the fun of upgrading isnt it? Cockers run pretty decent on CO2 too
yeah twitchy why didn't you get chosen you have some really good points to express and seem quite knowledgeable

Then why even ask, do what you really want, which is to get the nitro. What tank are you looking at?
