OMG!!!! That looks so sweet. Now I know what hopper was made to take the place of the classic revvy.

Is the halo just a revy? The gun in video 1 looked like a automag of some kind. How was the guy going full auto like that. But that was sweet video, I want one too.

I found out it was an automag with a hyperframe. So it went full auto!!! THAT IS MY SETUP!!!

they said it is cranking out 16bps

So how's that operate? Like what's the difference between it and a Revolution? Cuz I might just have to get one for my AT-85.

it like force-feeds, or something. ive seen thsi before .it is a hyper frame mag on full auto at 16 bps. The f/s hopper will max out at 18 bps, while the prototypes that they have so far shown have gone 28 bps [WOW]. Anyway, it'll r0xx0r.

I have seen those and MAN they feed fast. I thought the boo yah frame only feeds at 15 max, at least my bro's does. O well when I get my shocker it will not matter because it only (only haha) feeds at 11 bps.

Oh man... I want one of thos so bad now. I timed how fast it was shooting and it was at about 15 bps.

watch the elbow in video 205, he skips so many balls, and everytime they stop shooting it's 'cuz the balls didn't load, they're not even concentrating on hitting the target, they're concentrating on stop when the hopper doesn't feed. watch closely. i was very surprised when i saw the video and there were so many skipps, the videos they release to the public can barely kep up to 16 bps at a constant rate, that's not slow by any means but not as fast as they claim, it might be able to feed 30 bps for EXTREMEMLY short bursts but it would take a person's finger a second or two to get up to that. i dunno, seems kinda fishy

I think they are only claiming 14bps. The 30 bps was with prototypes and they may offer aftermarket kits to get it up to that speed.
But think about it, do you really need to go faster than 14bps? (Unless you own an E-mag with a warp, then what the heck why not)

well duh dood. but in a real game, you arent gonna keep it up for like 10 seconds straight, so its not a problem.

off the break you need to keep up a consistent ROF for about 5-10 seconds (mainly if you play back, not as long if you play mid). if you're giving a team mate cover fire you need to hold the rof up from a second before he goes 'til he's safely in his bunker. any hopper can shoot 6 balls at 15 bps, you stack that many balls in the feed neck.
and ina real game, you'll be running and shooting, not holding the marker perfectly up right, if anything, in a real life situation it'd be slower.
again, i'm not flaming the product, i think it might be the best thing out there right now(maybe) but it's not what they claim it to be.
and 14 bps seems a bit more reasonable, but the hopper still wasn't keeping up in the video.

This loader definately seems to be feeding faster than a turbo revy, but it still relies on gravity to get the balls down the feedneck. Physics show that paintballs can only fall at around 13-14bps. Warpig has some great loader tests up and they stacked a tube of paint and couldn't get much over 13bps in a straight vertical stack of paint. This hopper may tend to force feed like a warp feed though, in that case it may make it to 16bps, but that seem awful high. I hear they are going to release an aftermarket upgrade kit for the HALO with ball bearings.
National is taking pre-orders on them but good gracious, I think they are around $140!
I'm working on a no-delay 15 volt revy with modified evlution paddles and smartfeed wired into my glacier at board. I hope I can hit a constant 14bps with it!

looking back at the 5th video.. he goes a full 7 seconds non stop.. so it does keep up for a while.

Hey in the first video it looks like who shoots like half if not more than an entire hopper on full auto. I'm sure you have to pause sometimes just because, but still, revolutions cannot do that, go full auto 15 bps for that long. I mean they just cant. It must force feed them down like warp feed, I mean its not that hard if ya think about it. Warp Feed forces them up through a tube, why couldn't a hopper just force them straight down to the gun?!
