Anyhow, pick up paint and co2 at Xtreme tomorrow at 6:30pm. And we meet at Xtreme thursday at 11:30am to meet up with your ride and everyone else and then we'll go to play.

Hey guys we're having a three man tournament on the 28th of December. It's not an official club activity, so I see no reason why the rest of you guys can't come if you're free? It's gonna cost $5 per person or $15 per team. The winning team gets a prize of some sort (we haven't decided yet) and they'll be food and drinks so it should be good. Oh yeah we didn't have enough people in our club willing to pay enough to rent out an actual field, so we're probably gonna have it at the Royal Summit field. It's a pretty lousy field, but it's the only one open still since the Millilani field was closed and the Dole field was closed.

The Royal Summit field is located in Pearl City. It's sort of up in the mountains. If you need directions I could get you some.

Nah Zen you can bring guys if you want. Our club is made up of rather new players, with a few more seasoned veterans here or there. Most of them have spyders, tippmans, piranhas and the like. All lower end guns for relatively new players. I myself have only been playing for a few months. So try hard not to light us up ok?:laugh:

well if you need to get to the royal summit field to play... first you go to newtown driving range... you go up that huge hill until you reach the top just follow the road... going at eight so if you go go around nine and follow the flow of people very ilegal you get caught you're on your own... nobody tell brandon he's a jerk

Haha he got ronald to play on his side. I'm not sure if I have a team or not anymore. Just come by Zen it'll be fun. If you see a scrawny oriental kid running around... well nevermind we're pretty much all scrawny oriental kids... just come it'll be fun.

Yeah and the directions there are pretty simpe. Just as WGP Autococker said. At the top of the hill there should be a little dead end road (in the residential area) and there should be a chain link fence leading into the woods. you can't go in through the fence though, so theres a little path to the right you just follow up the mountain.

I live in Aina Haina... I'm hosting a game for a bunch of friends today though. I can get my next door neighbor and another friend to come too if you guys would like - one has a tipmann (stock - but soon to have Quiet Riot barrel) the other has a Shutter with an All American Barrel.

Maybe soem other weekend? The only problem I see is transportation...

Yeah I did pretty bad today at royal summit too. Maybe three or four eliminations at most all day. This was probably the worst I've done in a long while. It didn't really matter though because I had fun. :D

Er.. I'm David. But anyway, I did super ****ty. No kills the entire day... Though there were only 4 games because my friend nearly destroyed his shutter in the beginning of the 5th (he chopped paint and it got his bolt stuck so we had to go home to fix it -- we needed a mallet just to get the thing out).

First game I got hit but it didnt break (though I didnt know it so I walked out), second I crawled the entire way around their team to have my friend take out one guy, then have the other run out of gas. Boo. Third I was killed within 5 seconds of the game starting, and the fourth I just had crappy aim and nothing happened.

Eh... I'll just go with the 'it was a bad day' excuse :D

I dont have airsoft but some of my friends do... Most of them have crappy guns though -- there was only one gas gun today, the rest were springs. One guy that didnt come has an electric M16, two gas usps and a gas glock... I dunno, if you give me your email address I could give it to them.

Someday I'll go with you guys... but for this weekend, I'm heading to bellows (Sunday) with a few friends to get our acts together. I swear, if Spyder's were rental guns you wouldnt know whether we had our own or were first timers :D

It's pretty expensive, but I have some paint left over, so yeah... I like bellows because the people there arent all pros and you can get to learn the game a bit... anyhow, the price ranges. It's supposed to be a 15 dollar field fee and expensive paint price (70 bucks a case), but the guys there are pretty cool, and often change the playing fee to 10 bucks.

If you're going, be sure to tell me what you're wearing, or just look for the guy with a ****-brown hopper :D

Honestly, i dont really 'hang' with kyle, but I just know him because a group of friends brought him along for a paintball game... and I also have old memories of him, but yeah... i'm not a very close friend, and I'm not part of his 'team' or anything, so I dont think i'd be able to hook up something like that.

But seeing as the punahou kids have parents who are willing to dish out the $$$ to send their kids to private school, surely they must equip their children with high end markers as well. and what do you mean "for gun"? I WISH my parents would dish out money for my marker, but they're doctors and therefore are against anything involving shoothing things. I had to go through hell to just buy the thing... I pay for everything - the gun, ammo, field fees, c02 costs, etc etc... Anyone want a website? Only 200 dollars... Anyhow, two of my friends have their parents pay for them though... Grrr... Except one has a Spyder SE and the other a Brass Eagle Avenger :D

Kyle and Rayn (if you know him), as well as two other guys in my school were the only people that played paintball and owned their own markers before I got my gun (during xmas break)... Since then, I think i've gotten half a dozen people to buy guns by merely exposing them to the game. Hooray.

I dont think the school rivalry thing would be quite fair yet. Everyone but Rayn and Kyle (at least ones that I know) suck, so it'd be a slaughter.

No no, i didnt say that Kyle sucks, I said that everyone BUT rayn and kyle suck. Here's a list of names and guns (one guy's from kalani, but he plays with us a lot):

David (me): Spyder TL+, 32* Ice Cold, 9v Revvy
Darren: Spyder SE, 32* Nyte Stick
Oliver: Used Phantom with bottomline, IMP red dot
Richard: Brass Eagle Avenger - all stock
Conor (kalani guy): Spyder Java Shutter, Smart Parts All American barrel, Armson Stealth Barrel
Rayn: Stock Class Phantom
Brett: Tippmann 98 Custom, 32* Quiet Riot barrel

Those were the people that I usually go with. However, we've gotten a bunch of people interested in the game, so there are some that have bought or are considering buying guns...

Doran: Used Stock Class Phantom (I think)
Matt: Possible Spyder SE (purchased from darren)

And there are other who might get stuff. I also have a PMI Traccer S/A that I let people use who come over... However, it has a really crappy spring so I need to contact PMI about it...

Regarding Kyle, I'm not really sure what guns he has, but he told me that he owns an Automag, sold his Angel, has part of a cocker (I'm not really sure), and I think he also has an old Spyder or something.

That sounds like a fairly even match up against our guys. We have a few guys weilding higher end equipment here at Pearl City, but it's skill not the gun that makes the player great. :)

Btw, I have a question about that course (I've been there once as a rental): How are the 'leagues' separated? Is there rental, intermediate walkon (ie ranging from Brass Eagles to Cockers), then electro/professional?

its seperated by higher end guns with the walk on/inter...the crazy guys
and then the lower guns with rentals...

well I have a proteus mask, a 2 pod harness. I try learn how to conserve and make shot count. and my gun is a shocker that's all. other people are usually 4+1 harness and they have electro spyder and one guy has an angel and etc.

hah i think we need some sort of harness mr doodler...i think i will make mine on my own....and melt some plastic to fit the size and make my own pods! w00t w00t too bad none of this would work but hey....you could try

and another thing, doodler and i already tried that duking it out thing...wasnt too pretty...
heh first we tried to duel with each other...one shot in the elbow...that wasnt too good...
then we tried playing a sort of stay behind your baricade and shoot thing on the side of my house...that was going good till that freak doodler decided to run around my house and shoot me in the back a couple of times...then when i was rolling on the ground in pain, he said "surrender or die"...
next we tried him on the ground by his house and me on my second story deck firing down on each other...well mr doodler doesnt have good aim so my house got a temperary paint job...:D
so well it only got big welts and bad things...so dont try it....
