I own a Shutter and have not had ONE problem with it. I've had it for a couple months too! They're good guns and look sexy. Mine's blue. And if you get one, make sure and get a revvy. It's a whole new game with a revvy.

The only thing and it's the same with the Xtra you should replace the microline because it's horrible, and will start leaking. Just get ss line, and you will be great.

ya the shutter was my first gun too (the one below in my sig is my second) and it was a great gun, i had no problems with ROf or accuracy, but thea trajectory did leave something to be desired, but your not going to notice til you play alot . . .

My reccomendation barrelwise would be a J&J Ceramic 14". That's what I'm shooting right now. Wal-Mart paint is a tight fit, but it works, without breaks, and shoots like darts. The AA barrel isn't one I'v had personal experiance with, but the JJ is cheaper and it's performance is going to be tough to beat. Oh! The little screws that hold the grip frame on the Shutter blow and come loose all the time. Get some new 5m 25 MM screws with big heads and lock washers form a hardware store. It's a $2 upgrade that is almost necessary.

Hear that everyone? He's looking for used guns! Get rid of all those Talons and Stingrays! Anyway, I think you'll be happy with the Shutter, as long as it was well-maintained.
