View Full Version : Woot. Bob Long comin to town!

I needed to get my anti-siphon put in my tank, so I called the Pro-Shop to get a price. I asked if I could take it in on Friday, but the owner said he couldn't because he was going to be taking Bob Long around town. Woohoo. He's going to be at the shop from 12 to 2:15 on Saturday. I'll have to leave the field to go there, but it's totally worth it. :D

Hehe. Yup. I saw him. They gave away free APGs and he signed the page with the Species Intimidator on it. They also had some new Species, Lasoya, and Storm Timmies displayed on the wall. It was cool. My day of paintballing was even better... I got a hole shot in my shirt. :laugh: :P

Thats dope that he was signing autographs an stuff, how was he? Did he seem like a cool and nice guy or was kinda an arrogant ?

i would say he is cool,because he built and gave yes for free a dragon timmy to a 12 y.o. heart transplant patient,the kid also got a lifetime free pass to my local field

Sorry man. I should have thought of it.

And yes, he's a really nice guy. We listened to him explain why his markers were better/worse than the other top tourny markers. It was pretty cool. I think I'm gonna take those pages out of the APG and frame em.

That great, I'm glad that we have PB Icons such as Bob Long that are friendly and helpful to his peer PB players rather then just be a stuck up foo since they are successful an famous.
