Bolt Question

Are there any advantages to upgrading the front bolt and rear cocking bolts?

I was wondering if this upgrade was worth the money.

I was going to replace my front bolt until the guy at my local pb store said it wasn't worth it. When the people at the store are telling me to save my money becuase the upgrades not really an improvement I generally pay attention.
