Next year I plan on buying a timmy.I have everything picked out,I just need the cash.I am going to get a green fade intimidator, with a green 10 inch total freak set with a stainless steel back,a green 14 inch all american front for the freak,a green custom products flame drop forward with the on/off valve,a 12 volt revvy with a turborev board,a pro-team warp feed(possibly green),a green ANS GenX inline regulator,a crossfire 144 ci 3000psi fiber wrapped nitrogen tank, and braided steel lines with nickel plated elbows and a slide check with quick disconnect to connect everything.$1,630 plus S & H. ,I should start saving soon. After all that comes the mini timmy upgrade.Woo Hoo!
p.s.Incase you did not notice,my favorite color is blue.

Sounds nice. Four things, you don't need such a long barrel. The longer barrel doesn't mean much better shooting like in real fire arms. Two, I'd think about the gladiator. Petty Paintball has glad's and they have used most other regs and the glad is most consistant. Three, ditch 114/3k. Find a nice 88/45. Just as nice ad I think they arnt as big, or get a 114k/45. Four, do you know Bob is coming out with a new timmy soon? Since you don't have the cash now you could get his new one. Or if you decide to get his old one the prices wil be much lower when the new one comes out.
P.S. Don't go and order all those upgrades,i.e. barrel, warp feed, until after you've shot the gun stock. Most people don't think they need anything else. Some just buy shi-t to have shi-t. I like how my setup is without having a warpfeed on the side. The normal 12v rev works great for just semi auto. That other stuff may not be needed. I'd suggest getting the semi only board. I know a few places that you don't need to send in your old board to get the new one.

Dont get a genx, it isnt the highest flowing reg at the kind o pressures timmies run at. Maybe a Gladiator, palmer stablilizer, macDev conquest, AKALMP sidewinder or an Air America Vigilante or Messiah would be a far better choice

hey Omega is right i would not get the following things:
you don't need that big of a barrel, a 12" or 14 " would be the best, they use less air, they are smaller and have the 99% of the performance of an 18" or larger in my experience.
next, the warp feed is nice and fast and all, but is not needed OR even legal in tournaments a 12 v revvy with a turbo board is close to a warp feed at like 13 or 14 bps and only $40.
and the 114 ci tank is HUGE  a 68ci 4500psi would hold enough shots(as much as you would need for awhile). i personally have a 45ci 4500psi tank on mine(it doesn't hold as many shots but is perfect for me).
just lookin out for you don't want you to spend too much money.
and have you considered a timmy with ripper milling?? they look much nicer  than the mini

zacharyaus: Warp is legal in Tourneys. I don't know where you got that info from, but is it wrong.
When you are ready drop use a line at Petty Paitainball, and we can fix you up.

I agree on a couple of pints. First. the 18" barrel? That is huge. I personally like a 14" barrel. I am currnetly in love with an OLD Bob Long Longshot barrel. It's only a 12".
Warp feed is perfectly legal in any of the tournaments that I know about. It's still technically gravity fed since it uses a 12V rev.
A 68/4500psi tank will do you just fine. You should get a little over a half case on that.

Sounds like a nice setup. I agree with some of the above posts.
However, I have a couple friends that use the ANS gen-X regs on their Timmy's with no problems. I haven't used it myself, but they don't have any complaints.
One question, if your favorite color is blue, why are you getting everything in green? :) I'm not complaining, my whole setup is green too.
