Ok, I know I have posted about this before, but I need more input.

I have a fairly new AGD Minimag running on a 68ci 3000psi preset PMI tank. It seems to perform well out on the field now that I got a tourney lock, as my velocity screw "thingy" doesn't back out now.

But, my gun is horribly incinsistent, I'm talking 260,250,280 at the chrono. But yet on the field it seems to place on shot on top of another at a distance.

I think I'm going to go with Halliday's advice and get a parts kit and replace whatever I need to. I'm also going to see if it's the reg on my tank, but I'll need to chrony with someone's HPA tank in order to do that. All the place I bought it from could tell me is oil it, Ha.

how much paint has gone thru it?

usually it takes over a case of paint to break in the regulators/valve.

and when mags are oiled they are MUCH more consistent.

when my mag was inconsistent yesterday, like +/- 8 over the chrono, i remembered i hasnt even oiled it in like a month. i ran some oil thru it now its +/- 2 over the chrono AT MOST.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's brand new. It looks pretty new.......

I remember you saying you've never changed the o-rings or reg seat. It couldn't hurt. It's easy to do. Just remember when you break that seal on the back (screwing it apart) you need a new seat. So do it only when needed, and I would call this needed. :)

We need to switch tanks one day and see what happens.

Yeah. Sounds good, because I do oil it enough, I follow what AGD says for oiling.
