Alright, this is really pissing me off. A while ago i buy a flex 7 to get rid of fog right. Well, now my glasses fog. Anyone have any suggestions as to getting them to stop fogging?

Ive:
Used that magic spray. Doesnt work too well
Used some spray we got at the field
Tried the soapy water thing
Spit on the lenses and wiped off... hardly worked

Anyone have any suggestions?

There's a company out there that makes a REALLY GOOD glasses\goggle rub. The link to the site is:

http://www.world-opticalproducts.com/anti_fog.html

The container looks and sounds small, but it lasts forever. Good stuff too; I put some on my glasses and was breathing on them for at least 5 minutes and nothing happened. Just make sure to use the inside of your shirt when you wipe the excess off and don't wear a white shirt; you can still see a little green mark. Hope this helps man.

Is your glasses polycabonate or glass? I know mine is polycarbonate and they don't fog up that much. It's good to have a bandana or skull cap to block the sweat from dripping into your eyes and fogging up your mask.

In worst case scenario, you can install a JT fan in the top of your goggles. They really work, but they add a bit of weight, they are a little noisy, and its one more thing you have to put batteries into.

ill look into that rub stuff. sounds like a good deal for 7 bucks.

how much are the fans? i tried to mod my old non thermal gogs with a fan from a very old vid card but the fan was about 5mm too long.

fans run $30-40. they have the basic fan, just blows air into your goggles. then there's the vortex - one setting blows air into the goggles & the other sucks air out (sucks the moist air out instead of blowing fresh air in; good idea in winter where you might not want cold air blown into your eyeballs).

When you spat into your glasses? Did you rush the spit off with water? But my friend uses that rub stuff, he said it never fogged on him.

Wear contact lenses

I dont wanna spend the 2-300 bucks for contacts anymore. Im getting that lazer eye surgery the end of next summer, so id rather just use the glasses and not drop the cash for contacts when i can just get that rub stuff.

Thanks for the info everyone.
