cant decide between these 2 barrels

hey, i finally have money to buy a new barrel!!!

so, i now cant decide what barrel i want, but i narrowed it down to these 2, the SP AA and the DYE Ultralite


so heres my question, which one's better and why?
please give me good reasons and dont recomend different barrels unless u have tried the AA or Ultralite and think it is better.

i see you like pricey barrels :D

i would go with the dye ultralight because it sounds better? ive shot both and dont see much is a diference,

so lemme recomend some other barrels...
cp 2piece barrel, the new dye 2piece, JT 2pieice, or Dye boomstick... (sorry i like 2piece's :D )

SP AA is just an expensive 2 piece Progressive.

ok, but whats makes an ultralite better? and the AA is not just a 2 peice progressive, my friend has one and it rocks! but i dont know anyone that has an ultralite so thats why im asking. and the AA got better reviews so im leaning towards that one.

I have a friend who has a UL and someone who has an AA.

I like the performance of the UL better, not to mention the looks;)

Definetely the UL the AA as TEUL said it i sjust a two peice TEARDROP(not prog, actually either u can get either tips). i mean it's not like its' a terrible barrel it's just that the UL is that much better.

ive used both a progressive and an AA and their performance is the same. So why pay 40 more for something thats not any better?

Actually, it is a 2 piece progressive. SP didn't change what they do to the inside of the barrel for the AA... so in essence they chopped a Progressive in half, threaded it, and called it an AA.

Ultralite, it's exactly like the Boomstick except the back is aluminum instead of stainless steal and its like 15-20 bucks cheaper, yet it has equal performance.

I'd say neither but if you force me to choose, than I'd get the UL. I had a AA but sold it. I didnt like it, was way overated. As are most barrels in that price range.
