to run it off co2 do you have to have a anti-siphon tank?

Blow-back markers aren't affected by CO2 as bad as the higher-end markers. Mostly b/c of the seliniods in high-end markers can't handle the freezing tempeatures. But w/ the TES, it has such a high ROF, the gun will more than likely freeze quickly. Although it is still shootable, this is bad for o-rings and could possible freeze your hand to the marker.(Nearly did it to my M3 Sniper once and a freinds '00 Shocker) It won't really harm the gun to shoot CO2, just don't over freeze it for your o-rings sake.

The first weekend I got my TES I ran it with both Co2 & Nitro. First use the nitro... If but to only check for leaks... Trust me just about everyone who has gotten one of this marker had a leak somewhere. Try to do this the day or 2 before going to the field. Get some Lock-tight and Teflon Tape you will need it! This is how I checked mines....Start at the Drop Forward remove from trigger. Removed the trigger and Eye assembly from the marker. Be-careful air up marker .....now go get some soap & water and run some soapy water on all connects to check for leaks. This is the best way do it , to keep water away from the Electronics. Most of my leaks came from the upper asa area , Gauge leak also and from a screw hole under the front block. :pissed: once these are plugged up your marker will shot more consistently.
Now on fire it using Co2 on a High ROF just froze all rings! I had to changed them all and shot with the NITRO tank the rest day and didn't have any more problems !:D
