hey guys, im getting a impy soon, and moneys tight. so i was wondering if you could help me out by telling me a couple things. 1, is a vertical reg worth the extra money ? 2, is a lpr really that important, and 3, the age old qeustion, what barrel should i use, or what barrel have you had the most success with. thanks for your time and hopefully your opinon.

Even though many stores sell vertical regs Imps for more then bottomline ones, SP does not (in other words if you buy from Sp there is no difference in price).

LPR's.....yeah they're nice to have.

As for the barrel, it is mostly a matter of opinion. Personally I like the All American or the Freak if you need the inserts but hey that's just me.

Well lets put it this way, I have a horizontal reg and the only thing bad about it is that it's big, tall and kinda bulky but using the reg has a better feel for me because of the gas through fore grip instead of the vertical maxxy, I would recommend the vertical if you are using HPA because then you can get a drop and won't have your gun 5 ft tall  lol u kno what i mean and it won't look funny with a drop.
LPR importance? I don't have a LPR and i've lived so far, I'd say if you are low of cash, just get a blade trigger, grips, internals and barrel, leave LPR for last.
Barrel? I have several barrels myself but I haven't tested the Titanium boomstick or the freak yet. I shot the boomstick in my backyard and it shot excellent... but thats just my backyard. However I would waste the $170 on a new ti boomstick so just either get a used one like i did or an ultralite.
Hope that helped.

But remember that if you're going to get shot in the regulator section of the bottomline reg, it's hit your tank anyway if it wasn't there. What I mean is I wouldn't complain about it being too big because your tank is always behind it, and it is bigger.

You could get the NEW DeSIGNZ Max-Flo drop with the bottomline Flo, they work good.

Dude, the freak is crap. Its probably the biggest waste of money ever if you go for the kit. the inserts arent even oned for gods sake.

be smart and buy a ultralite. then with the leftover money that you wouldve wasted on the kit, buy an LPR.

YES vertical reg is worth the money.

LPRs are great, but tapeworms will do if your on a tight budget.

Progressives are just fine as a stock.
