Omen leak question

when my omen is not cocked ie. when it doesn't re-cock I can hear a leak coming out either from the top of my reg or at the valve area. is this normal and if not how do i fix it??? just so you know the input pressure from my tank into my reg is ~800psi

My Omen did the same thing check the seal on the end cap infront of the valve above the regulator the o ring does not seat perfect all the time.
