Well before I found this website, I decided to get a Lapco drop forward and a Tippmann X chaimber. I then started looking and everyone advises to get a regulator and a anti siphon. The lapco drop forward puts the co2 tank on it's side.
So here is my question, do I need to ditch the x chamber, get a anti siphon, do both, or do nothing?
I'm kinda upset that the dude I bought the x chaimber never recomended the regulator, he told me the x chaimber is I needed. Well what would you do???

if you already have an x chamber, do both. if you install the anti siphon yourself, just be sure the hose is sticking in the upward direction when ithe tank is screwed all the way into your asa

Can I keep the x chaimber and get a regulator?

Yes but you'll have to tinker a bit and you are running the risk of having HUGE problems with shoot down. Keep the X-Chamber, either that or sell it and get a Palmer's Stabilizer. Not matter what anyone else tells you, THE STABILIZER IS THE BEST REG FOR CO2!!!!
If you really want to run an X-Chamber and a reg make sure the in the sequence of the gas' travel the reg comes AFTER the expansion. If the reg is before the expansion the CO2 will destabilize and lose the efficiency gained from being regulated in the first place.
A/S has already been explained for you.

Who would want a x chaimber that has been used 1 time, and what is one worth. I would have to keep my vertical adapter to add a regulator right?

Yes you would have to keep the Vert Adapter, and people that run CO2 are usually looking for an inexpensive X-Chamber, I would hold on to it though, just in case you have problems with the reg.

Actually, the Max Flo is the best reg for co2. :)
About the order, Coenen got that one right. Reg AFTER x-chamber.
Do you really need the reg though? The ONLY reason you need a reg is if you are adjusting the operating pressure of the gun. If you aren't doing that (I.E. LP kit) then you don't need the reg. Just keep the x-chamber and get your tank anti-siphoned.

I always thought it was the Palmer, no one talks about Max-Flo for CO2, maybe that's just 'cuz they are SP but, if it was the best and we all knew it I can't see why it wouldn't get recommended more often.
Thanx for the correction though, I'd hate to give too much inaccurate info.

How does the torpedo compare to the palmer with C02?

I would say that it's not recommended because it costs more and as far as I know, isn't THAT much better than the Stabilizer.
